English Translation of HSDS on Webnovel?

HI,
I’ve come across an English Translation of HSDS on Webnovel (The Heaven Sword and Dragon Saber Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 - WebNovel).

Is this possible to do that? Since what it is written there is copyright by Webnovel which is clearly not (the page on webnovel clearly shows © Webnovel), especially official translation of the trilogy is being released.

It’s a reposting of the old fan translation from SPCNet, including the errors and mistranslations. I don’t think WebNovel does any due diligence to check if the submission is the real copyright holder, especially when they slap their copyright mark on it so prominently too. The poster seemed to have given up barely halfway through though.
