Please elaborate more on this. I’m always curious about the reasoning when readers choose their favourites.
While I think I enjoyed reading ‘Ode to Gallantry’ the most, I think ‘The Smiling, Proud Warrior’ is his best. It seems so pertinent to the extreme Western politics right now. It really resonated with me.

Haha alright alright. It’s not that important, but I’ll try to get it working.
My favorite is The Legend of the Condor Heroes.
There are countless reasons for it:
Guojing (he is my favorite protagonist ) ‘s dedication for the nation and people, his conscience, his sense of justice……
What’s equally important is the beautiful romance between Guojing and Huangrong. One is naive and a little bit silly, and the other is quite quirky and adorable. They are so matched!!!

I like it because of the structure of the story. Love the plotting and all the hidden actions.
Unfortunately the scheming is done by those who are supposed to be righteous and honourable.
